The year 2006 will soon be over and the year 2007 is around the corner. And I will soon enter the age of 40. Looking back my past years, I have much sigh with emotion. I deeply feel that I was living in chaos. Suddenly, I come to myself. And I will exert the remainder of my life for the last stroke and have fixed the striving targets for the next 20 years: To establish Dean Group to be the leading company in the global field of ecological environment; to realize the dream of being the expert of resolving global environment issue and to devote efforts to the improvement of global environment.

After fixing the targets, I deeply find that the time is pressing. In the mid-term of 2006, we have carried out great reforms and formed two platforms: technological R&D and marketing. We invited several consulting firms to help us establish organizational growth mechanism to improve the construction of management streamlining, programming and standardizing. We have put great investment and developed human capital to construct competitive advantage. In 2007, we plan to enroll hundreds of this year's outstanding graduates majoring in water supply and discharge and environment engineering from famous universities. The contracts are signed. More than thousand of outstanding graduates will be enrolled in 2008 to tamp the talents base for the second venture to form the team for entering the global market.

The year 2007 will be full of change and passion. The year 2007 is the first step of the second venture of Dean Group. The year 2007 is the pivotal year of the 20 year blueprint. We will surely win the first battle. In the new year, we will gain more assistants from more customers and colleagues. We will try our best to achieve win-win together with all of you and gain quite great progress. To the national revival and mightiness, we will contribute our slender power.

Taking a comprehensive view of the world, the global environment issue is our great concern. It is not only our responsibility and challenge, but also our development opportunity. We need to learn successful experience of entering world market from domestic leading companies. In addition, we have to open-mindedly learn advanced technology and management from global leading companies. We have to sacrifice our rest and leisure time, reunification time with family and even our health to work toughly and studiously day after night to catch up with those leading companies and narrow their gaps. Let's represent China and strive to have the same say with the world's first-class companies and take some footing in the global ecological field. We firmly believe that we are the best and our targets will surely be realized.
